COMPRESSORS
- We manufacture compressor units – we have a set design of a Mercedes/Sullair Module unit 1050CFM/350PSI
- We can design and manufacture to the exact requirement for the Customer.
- We have designed and manufactured Compact Compressors, low profile Compressor units to fit into various Drill rig packages.
Compressors have been manufactured using a variety of engines:
- Detroit Diesel (Series 60)
- Mercedes Benz (OM501, OM502, 457)
- Cummins (KTTA19)
- MTU (8V2000)
BOOSTERS
- Boosters are designed and manufactured on site in Townsville. We have two standard models based on the two stroke Detroit Diesel. We use the 6V and 8V series to manufacture 1400 CFM and 1800 CFM machines.
- One of our very first units was a 6V53 Engine driving a 4-71 Detroit on the air side. The unit nick-named “Moses” (because it parts water) is still operating efficiently by an Australian Drilling Company today.
- Another design was a 2600CFM unit using a Mercedes Engine and a 6V71 Detroit for Air.
Currently going through a design / building phase at this time is the:
- Mercedes engine driving a 6V92 @ 3000CFM
- Caterpillar Engine driving a 4-71 Detroit for Air @ 1800CFM
- John Deere Air and John Deere Engine producing 2200CFM/1000PSI
